AIT tech support stinks. Even with extra $69 for pay per incident support.

Tech Support at Aitcom.net have not fixed our problem...it's now 5 days!!! Yes that's 5 days. Our dedicated server is really slow with just 2 users connected. Obviously a networking problem. But could anyone at AIT fix it .... no way it has been 5 days already and still no fix. Their first response to us took over 9 hours, only to say that we are looking into this. Our other server in the UK is 3 to 5 times faster. This is a big con. We have even paid $69 dollars for pay per incident support. Thicking this would give us fast tech support... what rubbish.
