I came to AIT with an idea...and left with a concept creating my entire plan! they helped with logo design, website design and even started my e-commerce business from scratch. the hosting plan is just an added bonus in my eyes!

The uptime stats are just plain wrong

We have a simple no frills company site and use the email service for our business. The uptime stats here are just plain wrong. We just lost our site and email for 2 days they had an equipment failure that took out a whole segment of their operation. They said it was a power surge, I guess they have no power conditioning equipment. We lose eail or website at least 3 or 4 times a year. Most of the time they fix it quickly but a 2 day blackout is just ridiculous. Their support just plain lied about situation and kept giving me 2 hour estimates. Looking for a new host right now.

Terrible Service!!!! I've hosted with Ait for almost 3 years and constantly had connection problems. I was on the phone with them at least once a week to resolve e-mail issues. Their Tech support is inexperienced and rude. It was the worst web hosting experinece I had. I've been hosting with another server for 6 months now and never had a single problem. I would never recomend Ait to anyone.

Server is always down. My problem is I have so many site with them it is difficult to change. I fear losing my good ranking on the search engines. I just wish they would get their act together.

AIT commits click fraud and domain poaching with Tybit

Lately our server has been down a lot with AIT and all we get is cut and paste responses. But the bad part is if there is a 404 page not found request it goes straight to Tybit. It uses the domain to get people to click on paid links and even lists the domain as available for registration. They are stealing the visitors and using the clicks to make ad dollars for themselves. They did all of this without notifying anyone. We are moving all thirty websites to another host.

I can't believe this company still exists. If you get services from AIT you WILL regret it. Horrible support, random corrupt billing practices, the worst features. Stay away!
