I have a reseller account that has been down 5 weeks. I can't even access the control panel or publish to the sites. The run around trying to get support is unbelieveable. The response to support tickets appears they are not even being read. Their online feature to contract the CEO directly doesn't even work. I've wasted so much time and lost so much business because of their incompentency I'll be finding a new host as soon as possible. Run from AIT.

I've hosted at AIT for 9 years. During that time I've also worked on other hosting providers' systems leaving me in a position to compare. I couldn't rate AIT more highly. My uptime is very close to 100%. Tech support, as rarely as I've needed it, is quickly available and extremely competent. Bandwith and other performance factors are excellent. I'm a big fan.

I have been hosting with AIT since 1998 and never at any time had a desire to change companies. Can't say that about many companies. I love their tech support. Had as many as 2 reseller2 servers for several years and just changed to a dedicated server. Never had any downtime and any glitches I have had are solved quickly and efficiently. Can't say enough good things about this company and it's employees, from tech support, customer service and billing departments. All great!

Since I started with AIT in 2006, there has only been one instance of downtown over a year ago in which I was compensated for my downtime and kept "in the loop" to the maintenance plan and when I could expect my site back online. That's all I can ask for

I've been hosted with AIT for a couple of years now and have experienced little to no down time. If any problems occur, the support staff informs their customer base immediately and keeps them informed of progress. Highly recommended!
