We have 2 sites hosted with Activehost, and are using Storefront 6 shopping cart on both sites. They have been excellent to work, and best of all, it is refreshing to get a real person when calling tech support. They are very knowledgable with SF6, and both www.cornbagwarmers.com (SQL) & www.acsresearch.com (Access) run great. This is our second host to use over the last 3 years, and we would choost Activehost again.

When upgrading from Storefront 5 to 6, we researched numerous hosts for 2 of our web stores on www.cornbagwarmers.com & www.acsresearch.com. These stores had been hosted with another host for 3 years with our SF5 stores. We have been extremely pleased with activehost.com and their ability to help us set up both an access and SQL store. Their price is very good, the SQL store is extemely fast, and their SF6 support is very knowledgable. Best of all, it is refreshing to get a real person when contacting tech support. My only complaint were speed issues which were resolved after a few emails/calls. They solved the speed issue and I have not seen a problem since. I am monitoring the site continuously, and the stats are outstanding.

These Guys and Gals are on top of there game. any time I have ever had a problem with my site there has always been someone there who resolved my issues very quickly. You can always reach a support technician on the phone without having to wait on hold for 30 minutes. They usually pick up within the first 3 rings.
