I have used many hosting companies before, when it comes to customer service, great hosting plans, price; no one comes close to WebHost4Life. I cannot think of leaving this hosting company for anyone else.

This hosting provider is terrible!! I am a webmaster, I have used many hosting, but webhost4life is the worst ever!!

I been using webhost4life for 2 month, I have paid the whole year but now I am looking for a new hosting... I just can not work with them... TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I've been a customer for 3 years running now and I have never been this satisfied with a web host like I have been with Webhost4life. At first, the low prices make you think that the service *might* not be as good, but it never ceases to amaze me how cool these people are and how easily they get just about any problem solved in mere minutes! I recommend this service to all my colleagues and clients all the time.

WebHost4Life is clearly the best Windows based Web host service I know of. But to say this actually surprised myself, because I have been trying to find a “better” host company and moved away from WebHost4Life in the past year and half. I looked for alternative providers not because of any bad service I see, but because the bad ratings I see from online forums abut Webhost4Life. Now after trying 4 other Windows hosting providers, I can confidently say that WebHost4Life stands out among competitions and I will be a happy customer for a long time to come.

WebHost4Life has many advantages over the competitions, and what I specifically like is the flexibility they provide for the site mangers. For example, their Control Panel web site is more user-friendly and much faster than those of other providers I tried. (most other providers use Plesk what I just hate! Too slow!!) For SQL Server hosting, the Control Panel allows site mangers to backup and restore SQL Server databases in a DIY-way without having to submitting a support ticket. This is very convenient. Plus, their online support has always been prompt and helpful. I highly recommend WebHost4Life.

The site I host with WebHost4life is Karooba.com. We have high hope for this site (we hope it is the next big thing to come) and have worked hard to find the best web hosting provider. I can confidently say that WebHost4Life is the one!

WebHost4Life is incredibly good value for money. The service has been very reliable for www.whatpub.org but the performance is very variable. This is primarily due IMHO to the way they have the ASP.NET worker process recycling configured. In order to keep things ticking over, the worker process is recycled very frequently (far more than you would normally). This means that after sometimes 5 minutes, the worker process is stopped which means that ASP.NET has to recompile your site. This means that if you use inproc for your session state, users will loose their session which can be annoying. However, to counter this, WH4L do offer the ASP.NET state service which lives forever so a worker process restarting doesn't loose any data but you will get delays.

I suspect that in order to offer such good value for money, they load their servers and internet connection more than other providers.

But you pays your money and takes your chances....

Technical support has always been good (responding quickly) but they cannot change this core problem themselves so are largley helpless.

Ive been dealing with wEbhost4life.com for over 4 years. after constant performance and support problems ive drawn the line.

thay are all a bunch of retards without any knowledge of anything, the crew is mostly made up of CHINKS operating from hongKong, they constantly have email problems and delays, performance problems with MAJOR LAG and worse of all they take forever to respond to a ticket.


their servers get hacked often by turkish hackers and they offer no explination or compensation for it. their back up systems is mostly corrupted . to get them to do something is like speaking to a 3 year old becuase they lack any common sense and initiative to fix something.


In addition their feedback forum does not have any way of leaving negative comments on positive.


here is the icing on the cake.

when you call them , their telephone system put you on hold if no one picks up the phone after 15 minutes, it hangs up on you.
they say they have this in place because they get a lot of irate customer calling and complaining.

WH4L's service has gone down hill constantly. I initially chose them as they advertised affordable MS hosting and used them to host DotNetNuke. The performance was extreemly poor, so I gave up on that and tried out Joomla going to a MySQL DB. Also poor performance with the PHP scripts often timing out due to pages exceeding 30sec to load. The basic problem is that this company is hosting too many customers on a single physical server, and performance goes down the drain during the day in the US.

Customer support is also extreemly poor, with most people at the help desk either not reading requests properly, or just being plane incapable of doing so. Most of my support calls often invloved reitterating the same point over and over, with most support calls taking over 14 days to achieve resolution.

As a reccomendation, don't go near these guys and choose a different hosting provider.

I have had horrible experience with webhost4life. Actually no one at the staff that reads the support tickets actually understands what I say. After hosting for 3 years there, the service quality has deteriorated (very slow loading speed) and I waste lots of time re-submitting information on tickets that i had already thoroughly explained. Our company is moving all sites for clients out of webhost4life and I am actively telling all my tech contacts to stay away from that company. It is inefficient, low quality, and in the end we end up paying more with our time and nerves than we save by cheaper hosting. Cheap is expensive!

I am here because I'm looking for a new hosting company. WH4L implemented some spam controls which are a disaster. I am having email from myself to myself bounced, as well as email from my customers sometimes delivered, sometimes not. EVEN with the safe list, they bounce emails. When I complained, I was told I could either use this or be on a blacklisted server... meaning I could either get or send email, but not both. I'm moving all of my sites off them asap.
