I have to tell you how PLEASED I am with the incredible patience and skill of the support staff. I'm a total, 100% newbie when it comes to website stuff (though I'm not new to computers in general) and your people are exemplary. I've had to contact support four times and sales once - in every instance your staff has been extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with. In every instance the question was answered quickly and competently. Would that all my dealings were with such superb employees!

I am very impressed with the customer service department. My issue was resolved promptly and politely at no extra cost. Given that I have worked with a few hosts in the past, this is my first experience with 'hub' and I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!
