I was able to receive quick, patient, and totally thorough support. I just moved from 1&1 and so glad I did. Everything was up and running very quickly. Support and sales agents were very friendly and patient as I asked question after question. Support even corrected a mistake I made without question. I called numerous other hosting companies, several of which just rang and rang.

I had the chance to open only one support ticket. The solution to my query was delivered in less than 24 hours (that was during the weekend) and was proof that the agent understood my problem.
I'm really satisfied with WebHostingHub. After you sign up with them they will call you to confirm the order and activate the service. That was a great touch.

Very nice and helpful staff (especially the tech support chat team, Scott, Kyle and um, I forgot the others) but they're really really helpful. Even if their email support says can't assist me with installing wordpress on my site, I just chat with their tech support and do it right away for me (ive actually requested them to do this several times) I know I can do it myself, but it's just very nice to know they're available to help their customer. I know this is very important for those who aren't so techy but want to start a blog/website. They are very reliable. Though I have to contact their billing support when I got charged twice for a domain name I purchased. Im sure it wasn't their fault as my debit card on file was declined twice earlier that day. :)

I have been overall happy with the hosting service, but was just blown away by the support. I contacted support via email for a problem that I was not completely knowledgeable about from a technical standpoint - so it wasn't posed very well. I had a solution back from web hosting hub within the hour. Very responsive, on point, and thorough. They not only helped me fix the problem, but helped me understand it.

I have only been with WebHostingHub for a week now and I have thoroughly enjoyed the help I've recieved. Tech support is always nice, professional, quick to address and resolve issues, and detail-oriented. I have never had experience with building a site from scratch, but they made it necessary and so understandable with their online wizards, FAQs, tech support, and sales support. I must say, I am very pleased so far and will definitely refer others.
