I had been a customer of vodahost for a long time. I have opened many support tickets about small to large problems.
Vodahost: Yay a small problem, lets answer it appropriately.
Me: Thanks for the reply, your only 5 days past your 24 hour limit. You didnt answer my question though, i dont want to hear about what your service offers, I want you to make it do what it offers.
Me: I would like you to read my post re: email system not working for a week, get some technicians bla bla
Vodahost: Our technicians are registered, thanks, though. Also visit this site: Leads to a website with profanities about "an a-hole customer"
Me:Oh thanks, i will come back for another year im sure. Please don't fix the problem while your at it.
Billing time: Method (other)
Hosting will be suspended at any time
We have charged your credit card. NINJA.

As for those who say "contact me by phone i am not a vodahost employee contact me," get a life, we know your an employee.
