What a Bloody Joke!!

I spent SO much time attempting to do a transfer. I requested my EPP key. They said they sent it, I never received it. Another request, & another & another....& so on.... all ignored! My account was due to be paid in a couple of days & I am guessing they were attempting to 'force' me to renew my account before letting me have my EPP key.
I got in touch with my new 'host to be' & asked for help. They contacted the registrar ENOM & got the transfer sorted!
Vodahost you should be ashamed of yourself. You're damn lucky because if I couldn't get help from my new host I was gonna take it further with ICANN. You are NOT allowed to refuse an EPP key unless you have a legit reason & then you MUST explain yourself.
Surely with SO MANY shocking reviews plastered all over the net you would think vodahost would do something about their actions to save themselves. They obviously don't care, but that's OK VH, because the reviews won't stop.

These guys really are useless, no support, no 24/7 support - Our website has been hacked twice now in 2 weeks and vodahost has done absolutely nothing about it.
Good luck getting hold of them everything has to be done via email and even that gets ignored.

I have been with Vodahost for one year and I have not had any major porblems with them. I will idmit that from time to time my server will go offline, but I submit a suppport ticket and they have it fixed within 10min to an hower. The server problem hase become a bit bothersome latley. I would say that if you are starting a profetional online business taht requiers security and extreem relyability, then dont go with Vodahost, but if your website does not handle client info or client orders etc..., then I would recomend it.
NOTE TO VODAHOST:Your hosting servic lacks relyability and security to sute profetional businesses.

My account was suspended today without any notice. First they told me becouse i dont pay. When i show the payment receipt they said i am spraiding viruses. My company have been customer to them for the past 3 years. Our company never scam , or do any illegal activity , we have virus check on our computers, they dont show any virus. We are running classified sites. People are uploading pictures files, etc. I cannot check they computers?!!! Also i cannot install on they servers any virus check/protection as it is not my server. It is their company responsibility to have a good firewall, that can prevent from virus, like other companies
Now i lost all my email communications, my script,my datas, my customer datas, and thousands of hours of work day and night for many years.
Please put yourself into my situation.
They answer is no communication, any ticket i send to them they dont reply. So this is customer service? PLEASE BEWARE FROM THIS COMPANY .

Let me preface by saying that I love their product unless something goes wrong. EVERYTHING must be done by email and usually it takes ten times longer.
One of my websites (and email) is currently down because they don't even send out a courtesy email to tell you a payment is due!?! How difficult is that? I've got automatic renewal, but obviously the credit card didn't work but did I get a courtesy email letting me know? NO! I guess it they don't care if they piss off their customers. I know, I know... it says in their agreement that it is our responsibility to make certain that hosting payments are made on time, but come on... I didn't think about the fact that my credit card on record was expired!?!
Forget about trying to resolve anything by phone. THIS IS WHY SO MANY ARE ANGRY ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! DUHH? HELLO???
I've been down for over 24 hours (because they shut me down over the weekend and customer service can't handle billing issues). They just sent me an email explaining how to fix the problem online, but they sent the information for the wrong account. I tried using the information using for the correct account, but my password for that account doesn't work because they disabled it... I've got multiple accounts for over three years, but I'm seriously thinking about changing my hosting service...

The 'service' from 'vodahost' is NONEXISTENT. They have locked down our domain name and website after 1 year into a 3 year plan - which we PRE-PAID. The domain name was covered for the 1st year of the plan. Then it expired - and so did our company website.
Spent SIX FULL DAYS attempting to contact VodaHost - to NO avail. Didn't get a response from them until I posted a negative review of them on Download.com. And then forwarded it to them through their [supposed] 'customer service' online form. Our website is still down. And, we received a VERY RUDE call from one of their 'agents'. Who didn't attempt to alleviate the situation in ANY way, shape, or form. In fact, he seemed intent on making matters worse instead of better.

before I get to the technical stuff, a word about their forum....all replies or posts are screened and if they don't like something your post will not be shown. Basically, anything negative about vodahost or the software.
example: the new version 11 won't even open so it has to be un-installed and the old version installed again. The main moderator says to let him know of any issues. Well, when you try, they don't post your 'issue'.
Downtime: over the past few years their site has been down and/or only my site down and/or email not working and they always respond with "check with your local internet provider ". and once they reset my master password saying "It's been a long time since you changed your password so we changed it for you". They didn't let me know, I had to find out the hard way.... I don't spend much time with the program but I would like to find a better host if someone can send me a link.
bottom line: 3 out of 10.

I really don't know where to start- this is just the worst company to deal with. So many fundamental errors that they are unable to resolve that I'm surprised to find that I'm not their first guinea pig customer after all.
Avoid this company at all costs- it's just not worth it

Try resolving an issue with VodaHost!
Just make believe your have your website down like me and look for a phone number to get emergency help.
There is none!
I put in 4 support tickets and nothing happened. A week went by already and thousands of dollars in lost orders and mass confusion since none of 8 emails work.
This stinks and my hands are tied until I solve this issue.
VodaHost has a world class lack of support!
