After signing up for more than a month, my account is yet to be fixed. The first email was from worldpay regarding the payment. A second email from them says that my account is up and correct info was included. The third email from them was someone else's login password. I have since sent 3 emails and nothing is done. And the password has also been barred.

The servers on ucv host are continuously dropping out, my email problems are constantly causing me losses in business.
I would not recomend anyone to deal with this company based on quality and service levels

I have used them because they are cheap, but if something goes wrong and you need things changed then no-one replies to your requests. I have a few sites hosted there and they always seem to be up but the problem arrises the moment you nedd them to do somthing then the service is really bad. when you sign up the account for the first time nothing works in the admin console, most of the links show vb script errors. So you ask them to fix and that can take many begging emails.

I have been using UCV Host for over one year and find your reseller response to be full of hot air, the UCV company is based in New Dehli India) (please check yourself http://www.whois.com/, its support claims to be 24/7 yet it messenger or yahoo only logs in for 12 hours, its liveperson service is not online 24/7, they claim its responses are by email but when their servers crash (which is very often) you are unable to get them at all...i have a number to call them (NY number redirected to India)this was not being picked up on Tuesday as it was the Indian holiday Deepavali...so please please please think twice about paying peanuts cos you do get monkeys...

It is highly inappropriate for a service provider to post about themselves. However after reviewing couple of posts in this forum, I wanted to put some facts in front of all the esteemed users.
It has come to my notice that one gentelman has posted on this forum with supposedly different identities on Aug 12, 2005 and Nov 03, 2005. I want to clarify the following :
The post of 03 Nov 2005 claimed that the servers were down, is false and is being posted with malafied intention to defame us. Also the referred gentelman is not maintaining any reseller account as claimed in the post however he is maintaining a shared webhosting account.
We are in web hosting business since year 2000 and currently hosting over 30000 domains. We always ensure to provide best of our services to our customers with the help of various mediums however there are instances where as a technology company we become helpless to handle the situation on time, and these situations are common to even big hosting companies and ITES companies.
Server monitoring is done 24/7/365, there is no exception to it be it diwali, christmas or Eid. Again this post is been made to clarify our stand with out any malafied intention. We are still hosting the gentelman who has posted on this forum about us and geared to provide him best of our services all the time.
I would like to take this opportunity to advise our esteemed customer to send me an email at ady@ucvhost.com for any pending issue regarding support or otherwise.

I had a different experience with ucvhost.com.I'm currently running a reseller plan with the ucvhost.com. They're providing the best hosting services in cheaper rates i'd ever seen. See, can you get hosting services in such a low price, and with better online support too ?
Yeah, i got these things with ucvhost.com, most of my clients were facing emailing issues with my previous hosting company, and then i switched to ucvhost.com and now my clients are happy with the better webmail services, and the cold fusion services.
They also provide the cheaper domains and i also have a domain reseller panel which i purchased from them. I'm quite happy with them. The support is so friendly.And whenever i go online with any issue, they get it resolved asap instantly.

UCV claims to offer 24/7 support, this is not actually the case,
today they admitted they are offline for maintenance daily for 2 to 3 hours, this is especially bad when i live 12 hours infront of them, from 7am until midday my time they are offline, leavign me helpless from support, they claim their email support works buit this week i emailed them on Monday and had to nudge them on Thursday for a reminder....I have called onyl to have Indian speaks who offer a RUDE statement to not call but get online support, how can i get online support when they are not even online, I am in the process of
changing my server host and would like everyone to know their service is exactly what you pay for...pay peanuts get monkeys
