Recently I bought my hosting from UCVHOST. I was really amazed with their service. I mean I ordered for one and it was ready in 2 hours. They also helped me install various applications on my server and also helped me in transferring all the data from my previous provider. They were really helpful and I did not even feel that the move had happened. This is not the first time I am changing my hosts. But my experience with UCVHOST in moving my server was great. COMMENDABLE SERVICE I must say.

I closed the account the day I opened it. I had some question why it was taking so long to hear from the company how to start the service. I paid on credit card but the company did not acknowledge the payment. The telephone number for US beeps 3 times and disconnects no matter when I tried to call. The email link for support gives error message in explorer, web site not found. Chat is there online and the chat is obliging but the problem is not addressed. Just it is in the process of being resolved. I am not comfortable with a company with such poor arrangements for customer service, been there and done that, when there is a serious problem it will be a nightmare to get help.
I canceled the same day. Especially after reading the other reviews which confirm my experience. I personally do not expect such a company to be in business for long.

I transferred over my site from another host, or should I say they did it for me. I was very worried I couldn't do it because I have a MySQL db setup but they took care of it for me and I was up and running.
These guys have an old time honest philosphy that just isn't out there anymore. I'm staying put at ucvhost

I am with UCVHOST from last few months and its going super. Express services including server and support. These people are really keen to do well and resolve issues very promptly. So far server up time is 100%.
I had few issues to start with related to set up and billing and these were resolve politely and speedily.
Few days back I need extra bandwidth and installation of some scripts. The efficiency of their response amazes me.

I dnt know what to say… being staying with this people over 2 yr… now I am looking for alternate as their service is rly made me cry….. they dnt have proper online- executive to take the queries and more over, that’s the only way by which we get in touch with these people and on that they have a long hold…
1. They dnt take the customer query seriously… and more over hardly they under stand the customer or rather I suppose to put like they dnt want to under stand the customer issue at 1st point... [GOD KNOW WHAT THEY DREAM ABOUT DURING THE WORKING HRS)….
Now I have started shifting my hosting and domain from UCV.
UCV PEOPLE WAKE UP… there is hardly any time left, the customer will live your service very soon if this cntd.

hi friends its my personal experience with ucvhost , this company is not a tall reliable company what they offer is something very cheep but it lacks quality they host your sites on virtuozzo vps and not on the hardware server , they host 1500 sites on a single vps and on a single machine they have 50-60 vps thats the reason how they provide such a cheep service .
i have recomended them to many friends of mine but now all of them are suffring from the same problem .
support team of UCVHOST is full of few stupid guys and they always try to sell you something .
one day i went there for my mail issue as there i had delay in my mails. Rather then solving this issue the support guy Monique told me sir why dont you buy your own mail server , and monique tried his evel best to sell me one vps as low as 75 usd with all the feature of a dedicated server .
so friends be aware of UCVHOST these guys sucks but yeah if you can find MR ady there he can resolve all your problems so if you are with UCV then ask for ADY

You always should be suspecious about a vendor who receives your monewy but doesn't list a contactphone number anywhere... but that is off topic somewhat.
The real issue is that somehow, there were about 4,800 extra lines of code added to a frameset page that were hidden - except for looking at source code. These were links to attack sites or something - although the sites were real, the link has extre parameters added. So, in a page that would have been about a half a k, it was bloated up to 345k of code that somehow was inserted into the page at their server.

I've been with UCV for about 7 years now and not once has any of my websites been offline for no reason.
If it's true that you get what you pay for, then UCV has exceeded my expectation.
I've had my acct for years and pay $109 per annum try beating that! For the amount I pay they have been fantastic.
They even migrated me to their new server for free.
I read an earlier review that they changed some settings without informing the user. I have had the same issue with them in the past but that’s about it.
Let’s get real guys, for the amount UCV charges they do a great job.

If you want a reliable hosting company. DO NOT GO HERE... The worst of thw worst.
