This was more of an experiment, and while I eventually realized that managing a site was not for me, Siteground took care of my every concern during my subscription period. Their ticketing system really works!
My only complaint is their auto-debit facility. While I understand this may be helpful to those who run full-time sites, this did not work for me. I prefer to actually confirm myself whether a subscription should be renewed or not.
In any case, Siteground was generous enough to resolve my situation (not to renew), and took steps to reverse the automatic renewal charge on my card. For that, I am thankful.
Keep up the good work Siteground, and wishing you more power!
