Many links did not work inside the control panel and resulted in page errors. I used the tool to automatically import FTP settings into Filezilla. It wiped out ALL my clinet FTP settings, There was no warning that stated this would overwrite current settigs.
I used the service for 30 minutes and decided that this wasn't the service for me. There was not a real person to sepak with in billing when I wanted to cancel the account. I was given wrong instructions from the only person that I could speak with - a person from "pre-support."
Even though this is a totally automated system, they force you to check a box to agree that they can keep $24.95 for setup.
