Talk about a bait and switch. They offer you 750GB of disk space and 7.5 Terabytes of bandwidth. I bit...and the taste was bitter indeed. Please go IMMEDIATELY to their TOS page and specifically reference their hard drive policy. No file type: database/app, email, archive, picture, text, video or audio may individually exceed 5GB. If any do, they summarily cancel your account, delete your data (all without warning) and you lose EVERYTHING!!! Now that list is pretty much every single file type available so by their own math, your TOTAL disk consumption CANNOT EXCEED 45GB (one file type does allow for a max of 15GB) or they destroy your entire site without warning, apology or any chance of recourse. So how can they offer ANYONE 750GB of disk space when NO ONE can use more than than 45GB???? I will NOT be renewing with these criminals at the end of my term with them and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Criminal charges should be filed for outright fraud.
