I have been hosted at SiteGround for about a year and a half and honestly I have never had a bad day there.
In my opinion, the Tech Support Team is great! They helped me move my Mambo website to them (my other host was real nightmare), helped me rebuild it, and with the help of their great tutorials I’m managing my website with no hassle. Once I signed up, I had my website up and running almost immediately.
The response time has always been well up to standard. The same applies to all their departments – billing, sales, etc, etc. They really had this 7 ticket limitation on the tickets a client may post. I was disappointed at first, however after they explained me why they placed it, I started to see the results – faster and more detailed replies…Now the limitation is gone so I believe that the new SiteGround’s clients should not be scared of that.
