We had opted to siteground about 2 years ago. The service has always had issues and now since last year, we have experiencing the arrogant and highly monopolistic of siteground.
They will subscribe you for various of their so called free services and then will automatically renew the service. The mails and the entire design of the mails and site is such that you CANNOT so easily opt out or cancel. and If you somehow manage to cancel through the ardous procecure on their website, they will cancel but will also punish you with renewal fee being automaticallydebited even if you dont need the service.
Besides we have been experiencing significant problems with excessive spam in our mails and problems with our website

I will be very objective because there is no other way to rate this hosting service:
1- Time to solved issues (if any they are every time fault of us and never SG):
Simply unmatchable is the minimum I can say
2- Costumer care and professionalism:
Absolutely brilliant. I've never seen something so good, so professional. Better than this, I've never seen specialized personnel with a greater knowledge of what they are doing, its knowledge is "enormously enormous", and please note I'm not a beginner!!!
3- Even today I still get surprised with the absolutely high level of service Site Ground have to offer us, web designers!
If you are with doubts don't risk your name in front of your clients eyes, buy Site Ground because you will not find better anywhere.

SiteGround offers great value for money as a web host and I have found their Customer Service outstanding. Their replies to my tickets are always so prompt and friendly. I would absolutely recommend SiteGround, specially for their support system/staff.
I did find their site a bit confusing at first but once I got used to it, I have become much more competent at navigating my way around it. It just takes patience and perseverance.

Site Ground is one of the most amazing web hosting companies I've ever seen. Their staff are extremely altruistic and friendly. They help you in almost anything. You get hosting and a domain at an amazing price, not to mention, you can try out their awesome freebies once you purchase hosting. For example, premium support, semi dedicated plan for 30 days and more - you can even, if you're a customer who is already a member, purchase 1 year of hosting for $9.95, for you, or a friend.
Even if you are a beginner or a tech head, Site Ground is the place for you. They help you install literally anything onto your site, some for free (that are on a list) and some other things that are not listed for a fee, which is plausible. They can even help you setup your webmaster tools and even install ads onto your site. All this is done in less than 10 minutes in most cases. I asked MyBB to be installed into my site, and guess what, it got done in LITERALLY LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES. That's how awesome they are.
I highly recommend SiteGround for your hosting and domain. There is not one flaw in it. Excellent work guys.

I am always amazed about the fasted answered to every problem that i encounter and the end result is always perfect. once i finish my site i will be force to buy the SSL from siteGround.com for one reason. ( Prompt action when ticket is open) I would like them to continue on that manner to assist people like us that know little about IT.

I had no issues with Siteground and used them for years. I had no downtime to speak, no technical errors - it was simple to use and never failed me. But I was paying for a lot more than I was using - so I looked to end my time there and move on to something more reasonable.
I did not receive an email that my account had expired until two days later, and they made no attempt to fix the error other than offer me three months service for $30. All I wanted was to backup everything, which it doesn't look like I will be able to do! This is not the only time I have had a billing issue, and both times they have only offered to pull more money out of me.
Sorely disappointed that even a "loyal customer" can't find reasonable resolve

Without any doubt Site Ground is not one of the best but simply the best I (and for sure uncountable people) know.
Believe me they are really absolutely astonishing in every ways and levels of service, where any of its competition can't even dream to achieve.
And the best of all: They are absolutely kind in solving even some problems (at least with joomla sites) that, some times, have nothing to to with their obligation of supporting.
Because they are so good, describing their service obviously implies talking about the highest level of excellence in every ways...
