I chose these guys in response to the marketing on their website about how proficient they are with zen cart... and they really are!
I was waiting months for my web developers to fix/install a shipping module and they took forever, making it worse in one case and demanding so much cash that I moved my site to siteground. Another place I asked and they quoted another huge sum! and they said it would take a week - both of them!...
At site ground I was able to use their chat/email/ticket system to communicate with their tech and he/she got it done in about an hour! for a fraction of the cost.
I'm not sure where their techs are geographically but I have a feeling this was out of business hours too. They really do have 24/7 support and you can reach someone with any query, any time.
I'm very impressed and it was definitely the right move!

My question/issue was resolved with in 1-2 hours! It took 2 e-mails to figure what my needs were and to get it resolved. I thought it would take at least 24hrs. As an amateur web designer, but a professional customer service agent, I was impressed with the service received and it was much appreciated.

I have 3 websites hosted with Siteground. I started with one and was so happy with how streamline it is, I since added two more and will always use them I do more. If you use Google apps, Siteground makes it so easy. They have a plethora of tools, which can be used for a variety of different types of sites. The have phenomenal customer service, any issue I've had they resolved to my satisfaction promptly. I'm amazed their fees are so nominal for the quality product and service you get. Email forwarders stopped working.

At first I was not sure what was going on. I thought that my email was down. So I emailed siteground and a tech contacted me in less than 15 minutes and determined that it was not my email, but my forwarders that was not working. The technician contacted yahoo, and resolved the problem in less than 24 hrs which was amazing being that the problem was on yahoo's end. Since we run our business email through siteground and forward the email to our personal accounts, it was a relief to have the forwarders back up and running. I would just like to thank the tech Daniel for helping me with my email forwarding issue in such a timely manner!
