Two of my website scripts were compromised by spammers using my mailservers. Admins shut down my site 3 times telling me I was over server resources, but didn't tell me why, specifically, or what I could do about it.
Instead of helping me fix it (ex: using captchas, removing offending scripts), they suspended my account w/o a refund. UNFAIR.
