I started using SiteGround over almost 2 years ago because it was inexpensive, but now, from working in the field of web design, I know that their site is very easy to navigate and they a lot more than most and any time I've had questions they responded immediately and it always resolved the issue. I like them so much I convinced my work to switch to SiteGround and they are very pleased. We are able to do things in Constant Contact through SiteGround which really enhances our publicity quality. The first time I've written a review and I'm happy to do it. Thanks Siteground!

I have a blog and media site hosted with Siteground and when I have problems, they are on top of it. Latest problem was with a DNS from another register that screwed up something and Siteground was able to find out that it was a Godaddy issue by messing up the DNS. It took about 5 minutes to fix and everything is back to normal with Siteground. I will be moving all of my domains to Siteground when they expire since they are such a easy company to work with.

Fantastic service and support, they had both vTiger and SugarCRM loaded for me within an hour of my request, spot on responses, I highly recommend. I had used three others services previously and by far Siteground is best !!!!

If you have a Joomla site, Siteground is the best out there. Their knowledge of the platform and speed to respond and address issues is excellent. Reply times measured in minutes and fix times measured in a few hours at most (sometimes immediately). Unfortunately, their customer service for new business via the chat line leaves a bit to be desired. Obviously their strength is in keeping business rather than getting new customers.
