Siteground is the best hosting compagny out there. their support is second to none. when you have a bussiness to run on the Internet you really needs reliability and I get thet at siteground

Your team services are great. I am a Sri Lankan. Ticket was written at 1600hrs. Reply received at 1610hrs. That is great. Quick and prompt. This kind of service not expected at all. Your services and customer treatment is far more superior than to my former host Midphase of Chicago.

I think they offer great services, and top notch support, especially for smaller businesses and less web savvy people. You can certainly get cheaper hosting, but the small amount extra you pay over discount hosting gets you unmatched service. I use some utilities to monitor uptime, and I haven't had any downtime since I switch to Siteground about three years ago. Absolutely amazing.
My one complaint, and it bugs me quite a bit, is there is no option to turn off auto-renewal, or manage your renewals manually. You have to essentially "cancel" your services, setting them to expire at the time your payment runs out, as opposed to simply turning off the auto-renewal option. It's a small thing, and if you know you're going long term with a site, it's not an issue. But if you manage short term project sites, etc, just be aware of it, and "cancel" your site when you first set it up.
