I purchased a hosting account in error. Thinking that I am getting domain name only. Yes im and idiot and did not pay attention to small print. After 10 days I wanted to change the name servers and found out that they charged me $50.00 for 1 year of hosting, now I want to cancel the account that was not used at all , im being hit with $40.00 in fees. How fair is that. It takes 1 mouse click to go in WHM admin and delete an account. Where ever you contact them , phone, chat ect you can cancel but for complains you must go to some crap forum support , I cant wait to contact BBB

I have experience with servers for 7 years; all hosting website talk about how good is their support until u need them, In this case I got a good surprise from SiteGround.com when they say support they mean support, very professional Team……I took them 1 min to respond and less then 5 min to correct the issue I had.

This was more of an experiment, and while I eventually realized that managing a site was not for me, Siteground took care of my every concern during my subscription period. Their ticketing system really works!

My only complaint is their auto-debit facility. While I understand this may be helpful to those who run full-time sites, this did not work for me. I prefer to actually confirm myself whether a subscription should be renewed or not.

In any case, Siteground was generous enough to resolve my situation (not to renew), and took steps to reverse the automatic renewal charge on my card. For that, I am thankful.

Keep up the good work Siteground, and wishing you more power!

I canceled my order within an hour. They went ahead and charged my card, then told me to log in and cancel, then wanted to charge a cancellation fee that was more than the original purchase!

Cut and paste email responses using a cheap translator.

Before you pay they offer full technical support , once you get subscribed and pay the only thing they offer are several links to tutorials.And if you want a refund they will NOT give you your money back.Terrible experience

Technical help is not readily available. I've had to wait for a response, and it always didn't answer my question or resolve the problem. Eventually, my problems have been resolved. Rarely, my site seems messed up as if the template isn't there. Most of the time, it's been fine. Most of the Tutorials are not complete. Overall, it's okay.

Recently i added another website to my hosting package which seemed to cause all types of problems for me,after getting in touch with siteground and expecting to wait for 24 hours before i had an answer i was very surprised to get an answer back within the hour..the problem wasnt sorted straight away as its was a difficult one but less than 24 hours after i originally asked for help my problems had been sirted out to my satisfaction.Im just starting my second year with Siteground and have to say the company are really good and i would recomend anyone that knows little about websites to start with siteground as theres loads of help and lots of things ready for you to install onto your site to make it look professional..ive never used the templates as i make my own pages so cannot say anything about those and what they are like but for service you cant beat siteground
