I have not been able to reach a live person via phone or email at Setupsite.com for months. As of today the phone is disconnected and the site is off line and no longer shows a back bone connection.
I think they finally have closed the doors. None of the many phone numbers I have for them work and no email is working. If you did not back up your website on their servers my bet is you are out of luck. The old phone number is 1-866-292-9683 or 732-415-4200 are no longer even going to voice mail.
Sad to see the place closed, glad I stopped all credit card payments. If you have used a charge card keep checking since they billed me 5 days ago just before they went off line. Dispute it and a few months back for service issues. You likely will get a refund on your bill.
