Okay most of the time

but when they are down, they are out. I get occassional outages on my 10 websites, but from time to time, they go down and OUT. My websites go down, their website is down and I can't contact them. My most recent outage was for about 2 hours, which is not acceptable when you are running 10 websites and they are all driving revenue and sales for an eCommerce website... that I have hosted elsewhere.
