Sharing my dissatifaction of PureHost would be a disservice to all humans everywhere - possibly even some aliens. How to desribe the improbable? 45 minute hold at 1am CST, number one.
Just stay away, google their name, all bad for about 5 pages, then you actually see their url in there somewhere. Stay away from the sites owned by their parent comapny also - Endurance Intl.
What would be really hilariopus is if this site was hosted by those idiots.

I've been using Purehost for a few years, and have been quite pleased. Uptime has been good, and they have responded to e-mail tech support always within 24 hours and usually within 8 hours. Control panel is a bit clunky, but webmail is nicely done.

Never had so many problems as I have had with PureHost. Used to be a Dell customer, but they sold their biz to PureHost. Terrible technical support. I am currently looking for a new company.

Our site, hosted by Purehost, wa s unable to be accessed several times a day, consistently.
Their tech support was horrid; they said they would have a problem resolved within 24-48 hours, and it's been over 6 days, now. This is after being put on hold for 40 minutes to place the initial call, and long waits for each subsequent call.
Purehost advertises SQL on their main page, but I believe it is no longer available to new customers.
