Its incredible that these guys can call themselves IT professionals.. I paid in advance for a years subscription and I'm regretting the entire experience ever since, my simple exposure of our business to the World Wide Web has been a disappointment with this company. Site has been down half the times. Support sucks! They just don’t get it… they have systemic problems with their virtual web servers and are unable or unwilling to resolve it. Save your money, you stand an equal amount of dependability if you allow your cleaning team to host your service in the basement.

Sorry to be so blunt, but this company consistantly did one of the worst jobs in hosting as problems on thier end cut off all emails from our site for weeks. Thier customer service people were inept, it took them and our webmaster hours to finally get them admit they were the problem, and to top it all off, they offered a whopping 1 month of "free" hosting after I spent hundreds getting them to fix the problem AND they cost us an unknown amount of bookings for our B&B.

I used this company when it was dellhost, with no problems, but they have changed. They owe me over a hundred dollars and will NOT pay me the money@ Customer service has been outsourced, and they do not care about the customer@

The server goes down all too often. Tech Support has been weak at best.

Getting ready to move our DNS to another service. Months of repeated page failures, frustrating non-tech support and overall non-professional attitudes of Purehost. "Talking" with them is like working with an office clerk with a list of canned questions. Impossible to elevate a problem to a real technican and weeks to fix something that is repeating time and time again. No more patience with Purehost.

Management interface was horribly slow, but is getting better. Now only pathetically slow. Occasional outages of e-mail very annoying. Coupe de grace was having my account cancelled the day after I paid my annual fee. Even though they admitted it was their screw-up, it'll take 24 hours to get me back online - so they say.

Purehost charged my Amex CC for over 3 years on an account that they said I had. The site they said they hosted isn't registered and can't be accessed from the net. They refuse to credit me back the money and their billing department will not help you or give you any information on who you can talk to to get the problem solved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!

" Pure-host used to be excellent to deal with but within the last few months I have had some really strange problems that Pure Host does not want to correct. Like changing registrars and when the domain name expires they want you to pay 150.00 to get it out of what they call redemption. Like not canceling accounts and they keep billing peoples credit cards. Also offering a special price and not owning up to it. Then when you ask them about these issues they play stupid. Pure Host used to be a great company even when Dell Hosting owned it. I have been with them for a long time. Am moving all of my clients to a different Hosting Company today. Pure Host needs some serious help. "

they are horrendous. Anything that can go wrong will. I've been there over 5 years with what started as Dell host - they sold to Appsite Hosting who sold to PureHost. It has been Pure Hell ever since. I have migrated away most of my sites from them, 1 still remains and I am working on getting that out ASAP.
