Maxdedicated is a true leader in the ISP industry. (The awards they have won prove this!) Their network performance is above and beyond the data providers I've hosted with in the past. Support is great and very efficient, I can ring up whenever I have a question and an engineer is always willing to help me solve the problem. Bandwidth speeds are excellent and I have yet to find reason for complaint! Their prices are very reasonable - I do not wish to disclose how much a month I pay for hosting but I will tell you that all their prices are extremely competitive. I would definitely recommend to everyone! ...

Let me tell you about MaxDedicated:
My emails take 2 days to arrive;
The statistics don't work and they don't fix them;
I contact online support every day for months and they don't fix anything;
I submited support tickets months ago and they still haven't been addressed;
When I started, I was offline every other day (lately that hasn't been happening);
I've asked for a refund and they won't give me.
So, don't be fooled by the low prices, you will seriously regret having put your site in MaxDedicated... I know I do!!!

Average service,
i beleive maxdedicated is pretty good value for money. But then again it has its own shortfalls as many small time web hosting companies.
As one guy siad earlier it is not owned by a person named "MAX". My investigations revealed that it is owned by a Guy named "ruwan" and is from "Noogogoda" in Sri Lanka.However he's got an affiliation with someone on UK? or US? and thats where the servers are.i got vital info on my server therefor i need to know whr my servers are based in.

I wish I would have read about the guys before. I dont want to tell much personal information because I still use the service. Customer support is non existent. We have one server and will probabally not get more because of the problems we have had.

The site is owned by a guy named Max. There is no phone number to contact them. While I was chatting with him online, all he said was "Hi" and when I asked for a number he replied "noop". Bad service, cannot spell, and never replied after that to anything I asked.
Would not recommend!
