I have been with JodoHost for several months on a ValueHost plan. To make things short, Jodohost has an excellent team and offer great support and uptime. As a reseller, i have sites on several of their servers and uptime is always around the 99.9% mark. Outages are rare and Live Chat support is amazing.. You can connect to a support operator 24x7 (i've frequently used their support in late hours) and have always got quick solutions to my issues. Average resolution time to my tickets is 30min
English is not an issue for me really. They do not have super fluent english, but you can easily communicate with them.. My recommendation is avoid using slangs and long, difficult words and you won't have an issue. This is just a minor issue compared to how fast their support is.
They have a great customer forum which means customers get their complaints resolved quite fast
