I don't often write reviews like this, but I am so impressed with indichosts.net that I have should spread the word. I have had no problems. their servers are fast fast fast. I have had no uptime problems.

Down time, endless downtime

Been with them for almost two years, started out ok but lately it's not good news.
My site is down right now and has been for almost two hours, this is just today though.
They have got alot of components, but to be honest, lot of places do.

We made the mistake to trying to help this client, even through his site exceeded the allowed resources as per our AUP. We should have just suspended his domain for AUP violation!
false promises and guarantees

When i renewed my subscription, they said that price has increased, but their website says "lifetime price lock guarantee".
So giving false promises and guarantees.

That statement in our FAQs has caused interpretation issues, hence we modified it to make more clear. The complete old statement as referred to by you is and I quote
"When you signup, we guarantee that your price will never increase and your benefits will never decrease. Your original price will remain locked for as long as you prepay for service. Thats right, we not only say that your rate will never increase, we guarantee it in writing!"
The whole statement is meant to be read as a whole with the 2nd sentence being a condition for the first. However, seeing communictaion gaps it created, we have now modified it to remove any possibility of incorrect interpretation.

my site hosted under their windows server for more than 6 months
speed isn't great but isn't so bad.
customer service is helpful but mostly take a day to handle the case.
the worst part is the price/billing,
on 2007 they raise their price from $8 to $15 per month without give any notices.
scare shit out of me when i see the amount they bill. almost 50% more.
