I've been working with Hostway since 1999 (and also sued other web hosting services). While it may be partly due to 'familiarity,' I find Hostway's management tools a features to be the best we've worked with. Sometimes support queues can be long (they are increasing staff to address that), but once you get someone on the phone they go out of their way to help you. I've even had Hostway support reps give me their personal e-mail addresses. I highly recommend Hostway.
