Crappiest Service Ever

SO I called in and told the person that there was a problem with my phpMyAdmin application. I could not see the table names on the right hand side of the screen. There was an error saying there were no tables in the db. The only other problem was it would not preform a backup... Other than that everything was working fine. I could browse my tables and pull my data. First I get an email saying that they could not replicate the issue and that the db was file... He sent text showing all the tables were intact. Then I sent back an email saying that the problem was with the phpMyAdmin and not the DB itself. Anyway I then get an email saying that my db is corrupted and was deleted.
YES, THEY ACTUALLY DELETED THE DATABASE!!!
There are no backups for the last two weeks (One of the reason I openned the ticket). Then after being given the run around for hour and hours I finally have given up.
They have no backup files themselves????
I was going to be running my business from this server. How can I do that now? I have no faith in the company now I will move the whole site before going live... While it is in development I'll just have to make sure I backup every time I stop working for hte night.
I have done support in the past for Banks and other businesses and if I ever just deleted a DB I'm sure I would have been fired on the spot.
Bad Company, I just don't trust them anymore.
