Ecui went down 3 weeks ago with no warning, and never came back up. Left a lot of us high and dry. Their phone number is disconnected and they don't respond to emails. Their site is still up, but they are now nothing more than a reseller for Godaddy.
I probably don't need to tell you this, but don't go near this company.

After bouncing from host to host, we finally found a keeper. Been with them for 18 months with no problems and no downtime. Once we had an emergency of our own creation, and they reset the server within 1 hour on a Saturday. Great host!

After reading all the horror stories of web hosting, I was very cautious with my third try.
After lots of research, I decided to go with ECUI. I am extremely happy with them! I have experienced NO down time, and their customer support seems excellent (although I have had only two opportunities with questions to date).
