The Worst Service Ever

My experience with this company is the worst possible. They offer the cheappest price and the best features. But whem you try to use services available you realize that Data Packet services are a complete scum.
E-mails simply disappear without warning, and you will never know until your customer calls you asking where is the e-mail you sent days ago.
The sites are always down. In the last months, we have sites down for 3, 4 sometime 5 days. Not even a "sorry" were said. Sometime, the sites and data simply dissappear. If you have a backup of your own, great. If you don't, the "company" don't care. Too bad for you.
They ignore tickets and close them without any answer. And the features they offer simply don't work. Forget about using ColdFusion, MySQL databases and stuff, without losing a lot of time and money tryng to make things work properly. For a short period, because things will go down any minute. Stay away.

This company advertise a dream Windows hosting package (500 GB traffic, 20 GB space, Unlimited domains,
Unlimited SQL databases, major scripting languages support etc) and if you have somes sites that really needs
some of those promised features and if your sites has some traffic (300-400 unique visitors and more), they
try to charge you with extra fees and if you don't pay them they just delete your sites from their server.
The people running this company datapacket.net, are the biggest vermins of all hosting services companies on
the net, and they must shut down by the law.
I've already send an email to Federal Trade Comission about those vermins and i'm gonna notify every other
organization available about those scams.
DON'T do the mistake to believe what they promise and advertise and AVOID at all cost! Do not deal with these
guys, ever. It's a thief gang. Just google "datapacket.net reviews" and you'll see that ALL of their victims
complaining about their services!

These guys are a bunch of morons. I signed up with them as a reseller and 2 days later all my sites were down for about a day. They never answered their phone and after numerous email inquiries 3 days later they informed me that they did some kind of maintenance. This was a lie because the sites were showing that the web services had crashed. 3 days later all my sites were down again. This time they told me that they had hardware failure. All my sites were lost and they could not restore any files. After 3 days the services were back and nothing was working. I had to restore as much as I could and recreate all of the websites so they can start working again. 2 days later nothing was working again. They explained that they implemented something and I should recreate/modify my sites. I found nothing explaining their email neither they told me what to modify. After hours of troubleshooting nothing worked again. Finally my customers moved to another hosting provider. These guys do not know what they are doing, they are TERRIBLE and you should stay away from them.
