I been trying several hosting companies (justHost - HostUpon - Hostgator ..etc)
And Cirtex is for sure , my worst experience.
For first, prices of servers they provide are cheap but the quality is cheap too... I honestly never seen such slow shared server of my life. Even after optimisation, i could get my index page loading under 10 secondes. Ofc Cirtex Support was always telling that from their side all was working well "they like to use this sentence alot".
So this is the second negative point from them, The support is very poor. From my own experience i still wonder why Live support has categories ( Billing , sales, technical); because i always had to deal with the same person (Aaron something). Thus person obviously don't know the courteasy, and don't know how to help customers, always switching of topic to fast like if he didnt care at all.
To finish, Cirtex has been hacked for more than 1 time ..... is it a good promo for its customers ? They preach the security but their own site isn't safe.
For people who start a website, i highly recommend HOSTGATOR which is for me, the best host currently. Operators are expert, and they answer you directly. they know what they do and their servers are fast :D I run all my sites with them now and NEVER had any issues.
For people who don't believe my words, just type CIRTEX reviews on google, and u will see they are mostly all negative.

Utterly useless

Cirtex is fine when they are working. It is when things go wrong that they really show off their true colours.
Support staff are trained monkeys that can only say "soon" and will not tell you exactly what is wrong. Exepct servers to be offilne for upwards of a week. Sure they offer 99.9% uptime but that means nothing as when it is down you will get no compensation.
Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere!

bad hosting ever, they will care about you only first 30 day becuase of 30 day money back guarantee, then you will be suspended, and will not find anyone to hear you, and they will filter your email from their autoreplyer in order to prevent you to receive any ticket number. if you need a reliable hosting go to hosting that provide any time money back guarantee.

It literally took 4 weeks to get an SSL installed. They are not knowledgeable, chat support is 75% unavailable, they can take up to 2 days to respond to a ticket, will NEVER use them again.

Worst hosting

Ive tried to best communicate with the Cirtex Hosting services, intially it was online, at times the web mail was not working, sometimes the website was down for over 12 hrs, so when spoken to online support, they will ask to post a ticket, and then you wait, so may tickets and communications, to rectify issues, then the site went down completely, its their web5 server, the issue i could know is due to raid server corruption, for over 12 days i coudnt do any communications whatsover and finally they said the site could not be recovered. So with no backup the site was lost, initially they told, will be back in 1 day, message to level 2 tech advisors, will sort it today, so this went on. So finally i asked for a refund, they just cancelled my account even without a proper cancellation order letter. Absurd hosting, do not take, or go for these cheap web hosting services. the good thing was i took my domain elsewhere so my domain name was not lost. Do not take both hosting and domain together. The cpanel of cirtex is always out, when you want to send a mail, it will not work. Iam back to square one.

The WORST hosting service i have ever seen in my life... cirtex guys are doing hosting business with a seriousness of vegetable business... in one week almost 2 days our all mail ids were down. they down our sites and emails without any intimation and when we contact chet support , ask for issue a support ticket. After 2 days, solving the issue , they reply the ticket saying 'we do not find any issue with your site' ...really mother fuckers !

Stay away , pay the extra and get a dcent hosting company who has proper technical support when the s**t hits the fan. They are not professional and definitely not value for money. If you want good tech support look elsewhere

THIS IS A NOTE ABOUT CIRTEX HOSTING OF WHICH I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM FOR OVER A YEAR.
MY SITE WAS SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF SOME SERVER HACK. I COULD NOT GET THEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT I DID NOT HACK
OR DO ANYTHING WITH MY SITE. THIS IS A NOTE FROM ONE OF THEIR TECHS EXPLAINING
THEY REMOVED A BOT ON MY SITE AND SUSPENDED OTHERS FOR THE CAUSES OF MY DOMAIN HACKS.
SO IF YOU WANT HOSTING DO NOT GO WITH CIRTEX HOSTING.
Hi, We have removed the bot from the web2 already.Also suspended few users in that server for the causes of your domain hacks.

DONT HOST ON CIRTEX FOR FFMPEG WEBSITE

www.cirtexhosting.com has THE SLOWEST FFPMEG SERVERS EVER!. your website will keep on timing out when visitors attempt to access it. Believe it or not some times average web page load up time is 14 seconds, that is if it does not time out. Do not bother hosting your ffmpeg site with cirtex Hosting. They have over sold themselves with their cheap FFMPEG hosting plans and have failed to upgrade their servers to match demand. If you contact Customer service and complain about slowness, they will tell you that you signed up for shared Hosting. Such that some other website on your shared hosting is hogging resources. They then tell you that if you want faster, you must upgrade to dedicated server. Their Money Back Guarantee is worthless, it appears that after the 30 days of you signing up, then they transfer you to different over sold out servers. Note that if you check with domain tools, you will find that your website is sometimes sharing a server with over 600 other websites. And what is so annoying is that some of those websites are Video advert for income websites. Also when you try to send bulk mail to your members of your site, Your Messages either get rejeceted or will always go as SPAM> The reason being, that other websites sharing your server and having same IP address have been tagged as SPAM Sending websites. SO DO NOT HOST WITH CIRTEX HOSTING THEY ARE SCAM!
