Blue Host Web hosting Plan used: They only have one plan. It fits most needs.
I have 4 accounts with Bluehost. They provide low-cost and high-value hosting that will likely be perfect for anyone who does not require VPS or a dedicated server. Bluehost provides one plan that is in a shared server environment. In the 2 years that I have used their hosting I have had a few times the site was down or functioning incorrectly. Tech support is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I have had to wait for 10 minutes to talk with tech support but often less than 2 minutes. Again, tech support is always friendly - I haven't had anyone who has treated me as if I don't know anything. Emails have always been returned within 1 day. Server settings are sometimes changed without customers being notified, causing web applications to "break," but Bluehost has always been prompt in helping get the site running again. Overall I feel that I get much more than the $7.95/mo that I pay for hosting.
