In the rare case they don't have an answer on the spot, they'll find out promptly. They haven't adopted the "unlimited" model, which is strictly speaking impossible and should you read the TOS of such "highly rated" providers it is much like the EU "constitution": yours until they decide otherwise.
Arvixe delivers what they promise. This is an honorable provider.

I have tried numerous web hosting companies before Arvixe, but all of them ended up with countless downtime and hours waiting for customer support.
With Arvixe, my site has been up 100% and I was able to speak with their friendly technical support without waiting on hold. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of technical support provided.

My emails are now down for 2 days and I have no way of contacting them. I tried their online chat support after waiting for 3 minutes It asks youto submit a ticket. I called their number and an automated answering service takes over giving the illution there is some one there and are extremely busy. You leave a message and no one email OR returns your call.
I have a business to run i have no time to have my email server down. this is absolute BULL
