I posted on Arvixe forum even before becoming a customer to ask for their hosting plans. Their response were immediate. After reading positive reviews in different sites i decided to give them a try. Have been hosted there for 2 years without a single problem.

For the price I've been very pleased with the service I've been provided. Much better then my other web server where I actually paid more. Nothing to complain about except occasionally the server will go down for maintainance but they get it back up very quickly. 30-60 mins max.

I had a problem with my web-site designer, so i called Arvand who is the owner of Arvixe.
I explained my situation to him and he got my site fixed up for me on a SUNDAY!! that is customer service.
His whole staff is very professional and eager to help, special thank to Victor who helped me remove the web designer's link off my site for free.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a truley competent and professional place to host your site.
Had i known that they also do web-design i would have gone with them and saved myself a big head-ache!!!!A++++ company
