I really have nothing bad to say about these guys, and everything good. Support and service are excellent. I've never had any billing problems, and every request that I've sent to them for technical help is always answered promptly and resolved quickly. The best thing that nyou really can't beat is the fact that their monthly costs really ARE monthly, not billed in the bait-and-switch one or two year installments like most of the others.

good place to host.. i have hosted here for > 5 yrs now.
but the rates to get custom software installed was highly unreasonable. i had an issue installing bugzilla (it needed root access, and i was on shared) - they asked me $50 an hour.. suprising given that it was a very basic installation that needed to be done. thats unacceptable for me.
otherwise, u can trust these folks.

When I started my website interest, I was in a very steep learning curve. Arvixe was a small company then, and Arvand spent hours helping me get started. Sadly I had to move to a big company because of my demands, but was frustrated for years with iPower. When the opportunity arose, I quickly went back to Arvixe, who has grown since, and the same outstanding service with even better pricing still can't be beat.

I have been using Arvixe as my host for a few years. I originally chose them because of the low monthly cost and based good reviews. I am pleased to report that they have come through and given me excellent service. I have only contacted them a couple of times and they have responded quickly and rectified any problems speedily. I cannot fault the service at all and would recommend them to anyone looking for a low cost, but reliable host.
