I hesitated to write this review, because I didn't want everyone to come at arvixe and overload the system. I told that to arvixe because I am a straight shooter.
But Arvixe responded not to worry. So, not too eagerly (I am a bit selfish), I decided to write this review to help out a great company.
Well, I have been owner of websites since 2002. I have had about 4 web hosts for a comparable price, with various level of success.
Then still looking for a better home, cruising the web, I read a review about Arvixe. I went there for more info. I was blown away. They tech support took all the time to answer all my questions. I was so impressed I signed up an hour later.
It's the best decision I have made for my websites in a long long time. Arvixe is simply the best. No bull.
They even agreed to make a special plan for my need. I can't believe how easily and how well they handled all my requests.
If you are tired of those guys promising the moon and not delivering, just try Arvixe. Don't even think about it. You will not regret it. The expression 'customer is king' means something at Arvixe. It does.
Now I feel sorry writing this. Don't come here. I want to keep this a secret. :)

Quick response time, down only once in 3 years, host multiple domains on one account. Great for individual or small business, I don't have experience with high traffic sites. Excellent CS.
Bonus: I don't get junk mail from them!

Arvixe is the only host I need and use. I have been hosting several websites with them for about 2 years. I have nothing but good things to say,and I am a very picky person when it comes to business matters.
Since it can be quite confusing choosing a good host, I created a speadsheet with about
20 hosting companies to compare side by side. Arvixe came out as the #1 host, I was happily hosted the same day and haven't looked back.
When I recommend something to a friend, colleague or a client, that product or service has to be on the mark, Arvixe is on the mark.
I recommend them to anyone who asks me. I tell them with confidence that they'll be just as satisfied as I am. Arvixe does everything it promises, that's a rarity, especially on the Internet.
It's the best kept secret for quality, reliable, affordable hosting.
The few times I needed support, I was helped by Arvand or Victor and it was a relief to talk to someone who knew their company, their products in detail, and knew their stuff. Tech support was helpful and pleasant and my questions were answered correctly and quickly.
I trust only Arvixe for my clients' websites - when my clients are happy, I am happy.
I have not had a complaint yet, and that's saying a lot. It's nice when things just work right.

I currently serve as webmaster for four sites hosted at Arvixe. In two cases, I persuaded the clients to move their sites to Arvixe because of the customer service/support, the ease with which I can manage the sites via cpanel and standard ftp, the offered features/scripts, and the data regarding usage stats that is readily available. I also believe that Arvixe offers good value.
The only possible criticism is that the Billing Panel is difficult to understand and navigate (at first glance) for those who pay their subscription fees annually.
