The hosting experiance with Arvixe is good. Server performance and uptime is too good. I noted that customer Care persons are their to do their job realy. They try to point to orginal location of problem and in major cased resolved in few minutes over chat. Price is high with compare to my old hosting provider but features and performance is at better level.

I had an issue with modifying my database table using SQL Server Management Studio. I contacted the customer service rep. We could not figure out, I gave up and went to bed. When I woke up in the morning the customer service rep found that the problem was some settings in SSMS that I need to do. It was a new thing in SSMS 2008. I am glad they worked hard and solved it while I had a good night sleep. If it was other hosting they would have just simply said that it is my problem to set up SSMS.

You never realize for certain how poor many other hosts are until you try Arvixe. I think perhaps some of this is due to the personal interest that the owner takes in reviews the company receives. It appears that he really wants to have the best and highest rated hosting company and is working very hard for that. The Support staff are awesome. Their Windows servers run beautifully, and that's saying a lot for Windows Server 2008 and IIS7, because some outfits don't have a good handle on getting the most from them.

Exellent Support with Awesome features where you should not miss like installing PHP3 Forum and CMS portal Board and so on. In the Linux Hosting you have 3 webmail and which are the best,User has choice to select out of three webmail and this features has not been found elsewhere. They have 24/7 Support with easy to use Live Chat Button at their website which makes a user who has problem to chat and Arvixe does response and they take action very fast and without any delays. Recently i had problems with spams and slowdowns in my website and now after moving to Arvixe now iam relaxed and i can say with confidence that they are the Exellent Web Hoster with full of knowledge and very keen to solve the problem in no time. Even if you email them they will solve your matter less then 2 hours for sure. So if you guys looking for all round performance and 99% Uptime then Arvixe is for you just Grab the opportunity and purchase their plans and you wont regret at all. During my four years with Arvixe I have found support is very prompt and conscientious (never a casual pointer to some documentation that doesn't really answer my question).
As I have reported elsewhere, the selection of features such as PHP/MySQL amply covers my needs, and the rate is attractively low. I have received several increases in bandwidth and storage as well as a reduction in the charge for my plan. I only hope success followed by increased demand does not make it hard for Arvixe to keep up these levels of customer satisfaction.
