I've been with Arvixe for almost 3 years. I've only had to use customer service a couple of times, but the response was outstanding both times. I've asked them questions and gotten very quick and knowledgeable responses. They also have very helpful forums. I would recommend Arvixe without hesitation.

Pretty much anything you want to do is available. The Cpanel control panel gives you an amazing level of control for a basic hosting package. The price cannot be beaten, especially since this is a *real* price; you get the bandwidth and storage promised, they don't oversell like so many "cheap" hosting services.

Arvixe is good, will be an understatement. They are excellent.
Our needs are limited to proper email system, good uptime and a good support system.
We have found Arvixe excelling on all the three. A small issue though (not a big one) - the webmail panel takes little longer time to open (compared to our earlier host); its a matter of 20-30 seconds more, so not really significant. Rest is super perfect. Never faced any downtime. Never saw a delayed response from the technical support. Would definitely continue with them as long as things remain good as they are.

I shifted to Arvixe from Hostdepartment which was dreadful. Arvixe is good. Its stable and have not seen any breakdown at all.

When I was a stranger to web hosting, Arvixe helped me to settle all the web transfer related issues and host my site in their server. Arvand and his team were always there to help me when I landed in trouble when i tried to set up the blog (http://fullfx.antzfx.com) and survey engine (http://lime.antzfx.com).

Having spent several years struggling with a competitor, I eventually followed a web-based review site and changed my host company. The service was great, but only a couple of months later, I received notification that I had to change my host because my site contained unacceptable content (I am an internationally acclaimed artist specialising in the genre of art-nude).
Back to the search engines, and although not at the top of the list, my initial contact with Arvixe was more than positive, even taking the trouble to suggest to me money saving alternatives, in addition to assuring me that my site content was fine with them.
Here I am several months later, and finally I can say "I have cracked it !". Their service is second to none, as is their technical capacity, which just got even better following a recent server upgrade. Down-time seems to be a thing of the past, but more importantly, I now have a host that is not only competent, but polite and courteous in the process.
