they have not handled their server problem for over 36 hours, nor made themselves available by phone or email or issued any apology or statement on this situation. my website and business email are both still DOWN for over 3 days.

My emails are now down for 2 days and I have no way of contacting them. I tried their online chat support after waiting for 3 minutes It asks youto submit a ticket. I called their number and an automated answering service takes over giving the illution there is some one there and are extremely busy. You leave a message and no one email OR returns your call.

I have a business to run i have no time to have my email server down. this is absolute BULL
