I used to have occasional glitches in my two accounts with accuburst, and they would fix them or tell me how - without an hour or two.

Stange folders would appear in my ftp - saying disabled website - they would tell me - everything is in order - just delete them - they still happen.

Lately, however I've gotten no response at all from tech support for two weeks on several issues - I've even written sales and got a form letter thanking me and telling me they would be in touch. I'm thinking there are some major changes going on there and that they might be closing - since no real person will respond. I think they were a good value but without tech support, they will fail. At least for now - I would NOT use them for a webhost. They have an obligation to their customers to tell us what's going on. If this changes I will be back on to update you.

Do yourself a favor and seek another host. AccuBURST is a BAD hosting company.

Me & other customers on the forum http://forums.accuburst.com/ been waiting for weeks for support (check for yourself on the website forum).

Although they recently installed a new server that put-a-end to nasty-downtime we had, The CPU is always OVERLOADED, and the support is VERY BAD (there's been talk, that this is a one-man company). As others noted on here, they offer moody support as they might reply in 2 hours and they might not reply and claim they did on the forum.

The TOS contains FALSE information (nicer word is LIES) as they do not refund your money within 30 days, many posted on the forum stating they been waiting beyond 47 days and AccuBURST staff even-posted and said they need 45 days, yet they do not update the TOS that continue to read the false claim of 30 days.

Downtime; AccuBURST TOS claims they will refund you one month of hosting or give you a free one month hosting if you have any downtime; and that’s another LIE because I & others had sites go offline for hours at a time and we never seen a penny or free hosting, not even for the hours of the downtime!!

Do yourself a favor and seek another host or join and suffer... Look at the forum to see how many of us suffer…
