This company is absolutely the WORST web host out there. I hosted two sites with them, and one has been down for over a month while the other has been down for a week. They do not respond to support requests. They do not answer their phones; you are dropped in voice mail after one ring. I am at the point where I am submitting the same damn support calls every day (one for each site that is offline).

I should've checked with the Better Business Bureau before signing up with these assclowns. If I had, I would've noticed their unsatisfactory rating. I encourage everyone here who has used them and posted a bad review to go to www.bbb.org and submit a formal complaint against them. Let's at least find the silver lining in our poor experience and warn others!

My next step will be to contact my attorney and see if I can bring a suit for unfair trade and deceptive business practices. I've really had it with those people. I doubt they have any assets worth getting, as I'm pretty sure they host their sites on Etch-a-Sketches, but my only desire at this point is to grind them under my heel.

I've been with them for one year. Lots of features, but very poor reliability (my site was down for long periods of times, repeatedly). They claim all their servers are Xeons and P4 with at least 1 Gig Ram. It's false, since they once offered to transfer me onto another machine, a low-end celeron with 512 megs of Ram...I shared a server with 187 other sites, that probably included porn sites, since the CPU/Memory usage was always high.

The worst thing is that they will keep charging you even if you cancel. 40 days or so before my account expired, I asked that they confirm that they wouldn't keep charging me and renew it without my consent. I've sent them daily emails during two weeks, never got a reply, and guess what, they renewed it. Luckily, before they did so, I told my credit card fraud department I suspected that such an illegal transaction would happen, so I was protected (they renewed both my domain name and account, but later terminated the account. The domain name is still registered)

Don't trust the network status indicator on their website. It always states "good", since it's not even an applet, just take a look at the page's source code. Their live chat system doesn't work. Their phone lines are always busy.

Accuburst sucks. Avoid them.

I have had websites hosted by Accuburst.com for years. I still have one on their old billing system. Accuburst has disappeared for all intents and purposes. They have not answered emails, support request, phone calls for months. Worse they gave two of my domain names away to an individual who does not exist . Avoid this host at any cost

It says that I am hosted with them still but not by choice. These slimy little bastards will take your card and repeatedly charge you for services without your permission. You can try to contact them but they will not answer ("all customer service reps are busy" says the machine constantly). They will not respond to your emails. Their trouble ticket system is broken. Their Live Chat system is broken. They will do anything they can to avoid you. Stay away from these scum Accuburst sucks! Don't believe me? Try to call/email/live chat with them... try to get any response... then try to do it 3 times in a row.

The worst of the worst. Cowardly service from petty people who are nothing but fraudulent. There is no way to contact anyone, get support, change or cancel accounts, or even get someone to respond to email. I asked them via phone/email/trouble ticket to cancel my acount on the 14th of August. As of Sept. 1, they have refused to even reply to my requests and have attempted to bill me again! I posted the story of the site they refused to cancel and guess what? They tore it down. These little people have nothing better to do than post fake testimonials and censor web sites, as opposed to trying to run a legitimate business. Expect to be double-billed, expect the crappiest uptime possible, expect no technical support, a broken self-service web site, and expect to be bilked if you make the mistake of choosing these thieves and liars.

before you choose your host consider accuburst. i give them my full endorsement from everything ive seen so far. theyll give you very nice features at very nice prices.

Accuburst has been wonderful for our small business. There support is nice and approachable, and knows what theyre doing! If youre like me and you need to get your business online, choose accuburst!

This company is the worst I've ever encountered in the last 5 yrs of web developing. I advise all potential customers to stay away!! Don't believe the positive reviews, they're faked & spread out on all kinds of sites by the same people at the same times - very suspicious also that the email of the person who posted a review just yesterday is not functional! (I wanted to verify their review.)

Please take my advice, these guys will take your $ and leave you high & dry as they did me. I've filed with the Better Business Bureau to hold them responsible for their actions and I advise anyone else who's had my experience to do the same.

When me and my buddies went looking for a host, we came upon ACCUBURST as one of our possibilities. Out of all the other guys we considered, ACCUBURST had the best reputation. After being with them this long, now I know why! I can only say good things about ACCUBURST.

Accuburst hosting is an absolute joke. The site goes down ALL THE TIME. Their tech support is NEVER online, even though they claim to have "24X7" support and all that.

This must be a case of a nerd in his underwear and a server in a trailer.

They lost one of my other sites and getting ready to lose another.
