I started in 2005 using them, then because of poor sevice we liked to change webhost, since then they have not respond to any mail, and we had to start all over widt a new domain name. They still haven't.

It costed us a lot of work, trying to make all sites linking to us change their links.

I've only been with them 2 weeks. I haven't received my log in information or ip address.
When I send an email thru their support desk it gets routed back to my email address. I've have asked for support at least 10 times. I've even called and left a message. No Resonse. They have a 30 money back guarentee posted on their site. Since I cannot get thru to anybody, it doesn't look
good.

The WORST hosting company I have been hosting my site with. I left them after a year having paid for 2 years upfront. Site has been down regularly for long periods of time. Almost impossible to get any responce or service from tech support. Email stopped working after a few months and was never fixed. When site went down for the last time I tried getting in touch with them with no result. Had to leave Accuburst and move to another provider. AVOID THEM!

My website was started with them in Oct 05. Set up was great but service went downhill from there. Started having problems in Feb 06. Finally decided in Nov to change. However, then they had no response to my customer inquiries, my website got HIJACKED!!!!! and now I haven't had access to it since Dec. I've sent hundreds of emails, tech support,filed 2 times with the BBB nothing Stay AwaY

rooked me out of my money; did not provide promised services; wouldn't transfer my domain when requested. avoid at ALL cost.

Cannot maintain 99.9% up time and usually are down once every couple of months.
Cannot ensure that a domain name they are maintaining will be kept in your name.
This company, along with sister polaristar have lost or allowed to be stolen 3 of my domains.
The only printable word I can think of for this company is incompetent.
Stay well away from this company.

Let me resume how bad they are :
-> Uptime 70% or less
-> NO support : this is a one man company and he doesn't know how to deal with problems
-> 30 days money back is a BIG LIE. You won't be refunded
-> if you take a host + domain package you have to know that they will keep the ownership of the domain if you leave the company.

I did contact the Better Business Bureau, and here's what I said:
I purchased a two year webhosting account for $166.80 from AccuBURST on 09/04/2005. Since I have been using their services I have experienced a breech of their 99.9% uptime guarantee about every month. I have contacted AccuBURST by email, their website support form, and telephone and rarely get responses from them. I have had several issues lately with lag time up to two and three minutes on my websites and account administration area. Lag has been a serious problem with their service since I first acquired my account, which indicates overburdened servers. Another problem I have addressed with them is that my account should be outfitted with SSL, as stated in the purchasing agreement, however the secure server has never pointed to the actual content on my website. I have contacted AccuBURST about this many times and have never recieved any response from them about this issue. Their HTTP, FTP, SMTP, MySQL and control panel servers are down or nonresponsive much of the time. The 99.9% uptime guarantee claims "We stand-by our guarantee of 99.9% uptime - and if we ever fall under this benchmark, we'll give you that month's hosting free of charge!". They have not stood by this claim in my situation. I believe this company to be a fraud, inept to provide the services they sell. After having read so many similar reviews of AccuBURST's dissatisfied customers I feel it is time to take action against this incompetent business.

i bought this service mid november. website link broke. emailed them 12 times first for help then for an answer then the rest i want my money back. never recieved on email. so i called them answering machine. i just want my money back it is christmas time.
