I am hosting my business website with 7host since 2 years now. They are located in Italy but the service is good enough for me. They have many different plans that will fit your needs.
I have had some problems with their mail server though. I emailed their customer service, and they replied promptly within 5-10 hrs, and their reply is very helpful. No downtimes except for a very few minutes. The livechat on their site also works.
