My idea of good customer service is a friendly team that knows their stuff. I think you have that with 247-host.com Their cPanel Linux Virtual Private Server package comes with some of the friendliest people you will find in this business. Very good quality customer support,I never had to wait for more then 1 hour for any issue to get resolved, speed of vps servers is excellent with good 99.97 % uptime(as checked on the tracker) . The price is pretty much on par with everything else you will find in the market. They offer a pretty comprehensive VPS hosting package, so you are getting a great deal of value for your money. Highly recommended

Iâve used 247-Host and my experience is great! Their support is strongest part of their service. Not only its swift, but its 24 hour, whether it be through e-mail or live. The representatives understood and can write perfect English. Also, uptime is great. My forum would rarely go down if too much is going on at once, but the staff would assist in restoring things to keep service moving. If youâre a beginner, and need unlimited almost everything, Iâd recommend 247-host.

The Best Thing About 47-Host.com
The real reason why 247-host are on top of hosting world these days us is because they know how sup-port should be and execute it the way it should be.Visit their support page and one would find they have not left any support stone unturned. There is no extra ad on $100+ dollar charge for managed support on your Server or VPS. The VPS and server management is included in the listed cost.From replies of my support tickets I have times it and the longest I had to wait for a support ticket to be answered over the past 6 months and the average is less than 15 minutes. Never been an issue which technical staff of 247-host.com has not been able to solve. So, besides all the other great things about them that should make you want to get a hosting with them, you should be seriously pleased with their support

"First and foremost aspect about hosting with 247-host.com is that the Customer Service and Tech Support are the easiest you will ever encounter and when you speak with your representative you will find them knowledgeable, friendly, extremely patient, and you will end the call knowing you have been well taken care of and your, problems/issues are resolved.
Secondly, as my web server has a control panel that is very easy to navigate and to work with. The Cpanel makes many things very simple to handle.
Thirdly, they are very affordable.
I cannot commend the company and their team highly enough. "

I've been using 247-host.com for nearly a year now. I was a bit cautious when signing up for a years hosting and I was careful to read reviews on various web hosting related sites. Their cPanel is one of the areas which always keeps me attracted and they keep it updated with latest software. I never have to manually install or upgrade any of the website features that I design with. On the bright side, their customer service is always efficient and expedient. They offer loads more that other hosts do not like like money back guarantee and seasonal promotions and affiliate plan, google credits, search engine submission and what not.The price is good, however, the servers arent super fast, a website that has allot of php/mysql going on and with some users u might get problems.

All my 6 websites are running smoothly at 247-host.com, the reasons:- their support staff is helpful in real sense, the price is very reasonable, uptime is good and its going very smooth, I never have to get into poor hosting related issues. I highly recommend them to any new customer. They put a lot into their service and thatâs what I think what matters as it shows their willingness to help their users. They also have a very reliable and fast servers. Overall a very good hosting option to look forward to.I have referred 3 friends so far as part of their referral program and I intend to refer more.

I was surprised to find 247-host.com rated poor at some of the revierws. May be because my usage is very basic and has very little traffic, I really have no complaints about the company. My family web-site with 247-host.com moved once and I was properly informed via email, before and after the move of the site.
I've encountered some downtime for which again I was informed before hand. Also I had once an issue of file permissions with page throwing error, however, it was fixed in a matter of minutes after I created a support ticket with them.
Honestly, support has been very good Imho! The server is in the USA and seems to have good speed. Pricing and options offered may be one of the best around and I do think they are value for money. Overall itâs a good experience and I would like to continue if things remain like that.

In past few years I have been hosting on different web hosting service providers, yet have never seen the type of web hosting services being provided by 247-host. Simply Superb Service All the major open source applications are listed and ready for the installation. This helps the users a lot for installing popular web applications.
It is very easy to use web control panel application to manage the services and change the settings.
100.100% up time for these servers, the support team is also very good and most responsive to runtime errors in applications.
In my years of web hosting experience, I deal with more than 15 web hosts ( popular ) but none of those work for me exactly. However I and satisfied with 247-host.

The price structure of 247-host is extremely attractive and thatâs not where it ends, support is definitely excellent. At the very least, a published support line and on-line chat that I've never had to wait for over 5 times on about 10 support calls/requests I've made. What I really like most is the detail they go into when providing you with assistance. I have always been able to get someone at any time of the day or night and best of all. I recently had an e-mail issue, it was fixed within 10 minutes via e-mail support! That's what I call speedy service! m very glad that I did the research. I have yet to go down and communication with technical support is rapid and useful.
