Used the services of 1 and 1 Internet for: less than a month
Date when last hosted by 1 and 1 Internet (as of Mar 15, 2008): Current customer
1 and 1 Internet Web hosting Plan used: 1&1 Beginner Package
This is going on for several hours now. I can't reach the site and more worse I can't even continue working on it. No FTP Access. No Online Web Builder Tool access. It is saturday and this is the only time in a week that I can work on it. And I can't even get the Support People to tell me if it is only me or a lot bigger issue.
Does anyone has similar issues today.

Don't know if I will continue if that will happen more often.
