Used the services of 1 and 1 Internet for: 3 months - 1 year
Date when last hosted by 1 and 1 Internet (as of Apr 02, 2007): Less than 3 months ago
1 and 1 Internet Web hosting Plan used:
Cancellation was ignored, no customer service help in 9 attempts. They kept telling me to go online and cancel, yet I had done this 3 months ago. Chase bank allowed charge and I had to close account payment being drawn from. This is not yet settled.
