I accidentally registered a domain with them over 2 years ago when I meant to use register123.com and it has been a nightmare ever since. Not one single email I have ever sent them has ever gone through in those 2 years. They immediately and without my request put my domain in registrar-lock and will not release it, and the web based admin for changing such settings does not actually change that setting (has always shown unlocked in the admin, but locked in a whois search). In effect they have kept my domain hostage as I have no way of contacting them. Their servers are in california but their company is registered to India, while thi sin itself is not always a bad thing, in this case it most definitly is. I would highly suggest you stay away from this company.
