This company hardly qualifies as a hosting company. Their shared bandwidth is limited and clients who never go above their bandwidth limitations are constantly seeing bog downs because there are too many sites sharing a single machine.
Their billing department is a joke: at no point in the 2 years that I have been with them, after the initial billing, have I been billed correctly, and their tech support, billing, and customer support is all the same guy - his name is Domingo, and he doesn't answer his phone, emails, support tickets, or online in the forum. AS far as I can tell, this guy has actually passed away, and no one knows what his deal is.
I would recommend hosting geocities before recommending 123hostnow - that's how bad it is... don't be lured by the prices - the packages aren't all that great, and tech support/customer support/billing support (any kind of support) is completely non-existant.
